Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Toranamo AI LLC ("Toranamo," "we," "us") builds and operates AI systems that handle customer communication for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit, buy a plan, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, and information about your business and its needs.

Information we process for our clients. When a business hires us, it provides contact data about its own customers and leads so we can run outreach on its behalf. We process that data only to deliver the service to that business, under our agreement with them. For this data we act as a service provider (processor); the business that provided it is responsible for it and for the consents behind it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to keep the site secure and understand how it's used.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

SMS / text messaging and mobile opt-in data. When you opt in to receive text messages from us — for example, through our text sign-up form — we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent, and we use them only to send the messages you asked for and to honor your STOP and HELP requests.

We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS text-messaging opt-in and consent information are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging on our behalf (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. For customer data we process on behalf of a client, we delete our working copies within 30 days of the end of that engagement on request.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data in our care and to limit access to those who need it.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (see our SMS Terms & Opt-Out). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to run the site and measure basic performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
