These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Toranamo AI LLC ("Toranamo," "we," "us"). By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Toranamo provides AI-powered customer-communication systems for service businesses — including database reactivation, lead response, appointment booking, and reporting — operated on your behalf using data you provide.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Our services are intended for businesses, not personal use.
Monthly plans are subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each month until cancelled. They are month-to-month with no minimum term — you may cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The AI Opportunity Audit is a one-time fee. Prices are as listed on our site at the time of purchase. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Paid engagements are also governed by a separate Service Agreement. If that agreement and these Terms conflict for a given service, the Service Agreement controls.
You agree not to use our services unlawfully, to send content you're not authorized to send, to resell or reverse-engineer the service, or to interfere with its operation or security.
We operate the system professionally and report results honestly, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue, response rate, or number of appointments. No honest provider can.
You own your data, your brand, and the appointments and outcomes we generate for you. We own our software, prompts, workflows, templates, and know-how — including improvements made while serving you. You receive the outcomes, not the underlying system.
We rely on third parties (such as Stripe for payments and messaging/email providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their portions of the service.
Toranamo AI operates a text-messaging (SMS) program. If you opt in — for example through our text sign-up form, or by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — you may receive recurring automated marketing and service messages from Toranamo AI, such as offers, appointment reminders, and service updates. Where you are a customer of a business that uses our platform, you may also receive messages we send on that business's behalf. Message frequency varies.
Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or email toranamoai@gmail.com.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies, depending on your mobile plan and how you interact with us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims arising from data or consent records you supplied that were inaccurate or unlawful. We are responsible for how our system sends.
You may stop using the services at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Michigan.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
